I have a complaint against fraud done to me by a private institute Metropolitan School of Management,(www.msm.ac.in), Noida. The institute is not affiliated to UGC and is claiming to provide degree from Jodhpur University Rajasthan which is illegal according to UGC norms. I have deposited Rs. 3.32 lakhs and have left institute in December 2013 ( joined August 2013). The institute has refused to make any refund of amount.
Kindly help me in getting the refund of Rs. 3.53 lakhs.
