Dear Sir, This is with reference to Booking of Flat No C – 503 (Block No C / Flat No – 503) with GCJ group who are the members of CREDAI Bengal at Kolkata, West Bengal. The details are as follows : GCJ Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, PROJECT : VIVAANTA KOLKATA at Ankurhati / Howrah Chairman – Mr Ashok Kumar Jaisawal - 09830063833 Corporate Office : Fort Knox, 6 Camac Street, Level 6, Suite no. 600, Kolkata -700 017. But after waiting of 12 months when the builder didn\'t start I cancelled my booking & requested to refund the booking money along with interest as per their allotment letter but they are indifferent for refund. I am a salaried person & in deep financial crunch.
