Consumer Redressal

My father Boddapati Singaiah, PF amount is not yet released even though the government of United AP had closed their organisation AP agros marketing department keeping a reason that the credit given to dealers and societies during the employees tenure has to be collected by the employees. Court has given orders in favour of employees and almost all others got their PF except my father. Please let me know how i could proceed regarding this and get his PF amount.
