hi sir as a customer of Tata Docomo A/c no 977768546 ph no-9222284318 i regularly pay my bills but from last two months they charge me some extra amount on the name of some SMS Pool and when i ask about the details for the last two months of bill for itemised bill the customer care people write that i want itemised bill from next month i went to the one of Tata Docomo outlet at Malad(e) but the lady executive didn’t give me straight answers insted of giving me straight answers she ask me to go and complain to the 121 no or to complain to the appelate authority.I write many e-mails to there e-mail to listen@tatadocomo.com and to the appelate authority also but still did\'t receive any reply from them.
