Consumer Redressal

I am writing this letter to complain about the malpractice & cheating done by Y-axis(http://www y-axis) on the name of consultancy. I contacted Y-axis,Bangalore on 25-Apr-14 for Canadian ECA process,were I explicitly mentioned that I know the process,but I need to get my degree transcripts attested.I was told that it will be taken care by Y-axis,but it was nowhere mentioned in written that I\'ve to pay extra for the transcript attestation,nor anyone contacted me for the service or additional charge.Moreover,none of the mail including the ‘payment link mail’ has the details of the services offered under \"Y-axis ECA process\".After the online payment of Rs.11000 Hyderabad process consultant asked me to get the transcript attested,on which I explained why I am taking Y-axis’s services.Due to these issues I aborted the process & asked Y-axis to reund my full amount,but they declined stating that its non-refundable. I request you to intervene into this issue & get me the full refund.
