Consumer Redressal

i am using postpaid from last 8 to 9 year...and i am using 3 postpaid card.... this time coverage is so poor I was launched complaint in customer care and also say your department send me mes your problem has been solved after 4 To 5 days and it\'s happened ...at this time coverage is so poor and searching tower is going 5 to 15 min and in a night tower is totally lost and from last 2 month we could not see 5 tower signal in our mobile ...but airtel has no interest....and they are west my time and money.. i mail to nodal officer and applate oficer but no one have intrest to solve my problem and i got information to here local airtel shop they ask me yes that place have a major problem but companay have no intrest to solve the problem and i tell him that i will not paid bill and yes i not paid bill still and they charged me.....sir... IF WE WILL LATE IN BILL PAID ..WE HAVE CHARGED OR PANLATIES...AND AIRTEL NOT PROVIDE COVARAGE AND SERVICE AND CHARGES OF ALL MONTHS TAKEN EVEN TH
