Consumer Redressal

Airtel site shows that we would get 900 local airtel mins if we recharge with INR 199 for Kolkata circle number. But we did not get the same. While discussing with customer care service they informed that INR 199 recharge has been changed to some internet recharge for Kolkata circle and they cannot do any help rather than refunding INR 100 (Instead of INR 199) only to main balance. But in their site it is still showing the same. We feel cheated by the Airtel. Necessary action should be taken against tis kind of misguiding information in Official website.
