We are facing recurring problem of delayed delivery of LPG cylinder from our distributor:
Karnataka Food & Civil Supplies Corpn Ltd
No. 60, 4th Main, S.S.A. Road, Hebbal, Bangalore
I’m highlighting the latest case: Booking has been made on June 6, 2014 (Ref No. 667067). It’s now 10 days and no delivery yet. In the previous case, booking was made on Apr 30 and the delivery was on May 16, 2014! We were forced to buy gas in the open market.
This is a recurring problem from this distributor unlike prompt and efficient service from other distributors.
Hope appropriate action is taken against the distributor thereby providing relief to the customers.
