Consumer Redressal

I had placed an order for huggies jeans style diaper -6 packets,order no 100261254 for Rs 1560/- & paid the sum through internet banking at the same time on Dec 2012 .After few days, on 30.12.2012 Babyoye representative Zenab Sheikh mailed me the non availability of the same and to replace the order or take a gift coupon for the same amount . I told her to replace th order with Pampers Imported pants , but they instead replaced it with Pampers Normal Pants . I paid the difference amount iof Rs 93/- . But using those diapers lead to intense rashes on my baby\'s skin.I mailed Babyoye & informed them regarding the same and requested them to take the closed 5 packets of diapers back . They mailed me and told me send it by courier to the warehouse . fURTHER I MAILED THEM REPEATEDLY for the address of the warehouse and further course of action . But they dont seem to bother , I have mailed them 4 times since the last week , but no response from babyoye team . My Rs 1700/- have gone for a fix and that pathetic site is not responding . Further they are still selling the Huggies Jeans style diaper pants on their site , ewhich are actually out of stock !! Sick site !!
