Dear Sir,
I purchased a ceiling fan of Bajaj Electronic Company on 26th March 2014 and it was set in the ceiling in the month of May. It moves very slow as if moving at point 2 of the regulator .I lodged a complaint on 22nd May vide complaint no: 4736074 and again on 28th May,2014
The complaint was attended twice but the problem is not resolved. The mechanics want TO CONVINCE THAT SPEED OF OF 56 INCHES Bajaj Fan is always slow. We have in our adjacent room a 56 inches Polar fan which is moving more than its double speed.
It is sure that the product is defective and it needs to be replaced which the mechanics are reluctant to do. Needless to mention that our suffering has become extreme in this hot summer for so many days.
Please advise me and help me out in the matter.
