I have purchased a red coral of weight 19.35 gm worth Rs 16514 from Senco Gold,VOUCHER NO SI013639 F40, a franchisee, located in Rohara Plaza,j.c.ghosh sarani.chinsurah bus terminal, hooghly-712101. I find a crack in coral and immediately contact to the senco gold and show them the crack on the red coral on the same day and asked them to replace the same. They told that once a stone is sold,it cannot be replaced.They told that this is the policy of their company.kindly see the matter so that I can change the cracked coral and get a fresh one, or refund of my money.I will be greatly thankful to you,if you solve the problem
