Respected Sir The Gram-flour, Qty. One Kg. was purchased from Jagdamba Atta Chaki , ‘C’ Block D.D.A. Market, Sector-15 Rohini, Delhi on 14.01.2013, I found Iron Particles & heavy Dust in this Gram-flour when I opened to cook. I reached the Shopkeeper on 26.01.2013 to inform the same,the shop was closed due to Republic day holiday, the Mobile phone no. 09871623121 was taken from his shop’s board & Rickshaw, after that I asked him for the same, he misbehaved with me & dined that the said item was from his shop because he never issued any type of cash memo, bills etc. Therefore you are humbly requested to look into the matter & take necessary action against him to sale dirty articles which may be harmful of body and non issue of cash memo, bills etc. Ramesh Kumar G-2/31, Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-110085 09213842857
