I, Arindam Mallick, an regular Aircel customer with no. 07278621100. On 11/06/2014 I had recharged with 27 for pocket internet service as regular as I had done it before many times. It had an offer of 200MB 2G/3G (written on aircel website). But on 11 th June I had my main account balance appox. 150 +.
After using internet for some times my balance showed 0.08 Rs and net disconnected.
I had called customer care for this malfunction. But they refused to do anything.
Hereby I am requesting you to do the proper action.
