I have purchased a new umbrella from Columbo Umbrella House, Broadway Ernakulam on 4-6-14.But the umbrella is seen damaged as all water while raining falls to my body. Hence I took the umbrella to the shop on 12-6-14 at 10 am and requested to replace the damaged one. But instead of resolving my problem the shop manager talked to me rationally and rejected my request for replacement, While purchasing the umbrella they have informed me that if any complaint is there the same may be returened to them and they will solve the defects. The action of the manager is highly contemptible . Hence I am to request you to do the needful in this matter. Bill No. 8518 Dt.4-6-14 for Rs.420/=
