my personal loan no is LGGARC4373369 and i want to close my My personal loan . for this after discuss with customer care i have made a DD IN favur of citi bank for amount 145000/inr . and make a call on saturday 07/06/2014 ( with referance no 022053586) to collect my DD. But still no body come to me or not a single call regarding this.and i have regular call on customer care all time they confirmed me this is in process and close today it self positivaly .but still no response from bank side .so plz. do need full.
