I have a complaint regarding a bill I have received for the month of May 2014 to a tune of Rs.1.39 lacs. My monthly regular bill is b/w Rs.2500 and Rs.4000. I had traveled abroad b/w 16th May and 19th May and I accept that I have used data services on this trip but I am unable to comprehend why my bill is so high. My main issue is that my bill states that my credit limit is Rs.80,000 and if this is so, my data services could have been disconnected by Airtel upon exceeding my credit limit. I also don\'t understand why a customer who is billing less than Rs.5000 per month has been granted such a huge credit limit of Rs.80,000. If the telecom company has seen a big deviation in the usage, shouldn\'t there be a mechanism to warn the customer of such deviation and save him the trouble of such a massive bill? I am sure this is possible with the billing system all telecom companies have. I request you to look into this matter in the interest of many other customers who may face such trouble
