Consumer Redressal

I have bought a FX11 Food processor from Bajaj electricals. A item called, Spindle 2 is missing from Box. I bought it on 16th dec 2012. I complaint the issue on the same day. My complaint no. is 1979994. they told me that it will be delivered to me . Then after 10 days, a person called me and said it will be charged. then again, i lodged a complaint with customer care. The complaint no. is 2125085. This time again they told me that the delivery will be free. after 3 days, a person called me and told me that it will be charged because i have bought it a month before. i dont know whats goind on. Please help me.
