Consumer Redressal

I bought a saree from bombay selection , Noida in Apr-2014 . I wore it after a week\'s time. All the work that was done on saree was pasted by glue and not embroidered and this was never shared with us . After one wear and a dry-clean the whole work is getting removed as glue is getting soft because of heat . This saree is worth 11000. When I went with the problem, the owner is not available to speak to and the manager does not have any authority to decide and said I cannot do much . I have lost 11000 Rs and there is no one to help me out . I got the blouse etc stiched for 2100 and in total lost apprx 13000.
