Consumer Redressal

This is about the issue i have faced with Axis Bank. on 30th June I visit Axis Bank Loan Center(Centinal park,kodampakkam, Chennai) to close my personal loan. There i came to Know EMI will be debited as scheduled date of 5th and is credited after 15 days, If preclosure done after 16th. I raised a concern 15 days is too long, either bank have to provide interst for 15 days or have to credit back that amount withing 3 days. Please note prior to loan closure i made a call to phone banking people to know the loan closure procedure, but i didn\'t get these info. so I raises concern to Nodal officers of Axis bank and then to high level of Escalation and What responded back is, This is to inform you that, as per the loan closure request was placed on 30 May 2014 we will not be able to stop the ECS for the month of June and the same has been mentioned clearly in the pretermination report given, which was also duly signed (Copy attached for your refernce) and the EMI will be refunded within
