BSNL landline (080-23723968) connection is frequently disrupted. No complaints given are taken seriously from the past year and a half. We are called to make the bill payments in spite of not using the phone. Refund complaints are also not taken seriously. They remind us to pay the bill promptly but they are not as prompt to provide proper service and refund. It has caused lot of inconvenience and unnecessary mental agony. Please look into this and provide us proper justice.
