Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have purchased one pant\'s cloth from Reymond\'s showroom (Taratala), after prepared of the pants and after used first time when I washed the same it\'s colour getting fade, next day I complaint to them alongwith the material, they suggest me to wast another time, again I did the same and it become more fade, I collect the water where the pant\'s colour came out. they are ignoring to listen anything to me and told me to take the pants from their showroom , they can\'t do anything, I refuse to take the same, you are requested to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action please.
