There are 196 cottages and all have carried out illegal construction and encroached the society land. Original area of each cottage is 225sq ft, but these members are illegally using more the 800sqfeet with first floor and terrace. They pay maintenance for 225sq feet and are enjoying the extra space by renting or giving out for commercial purposes.
