With out any clause BSNL has deducted money from my Mob. no 9496114793 Rs.43,10,7,5 etc. When I made complaint , authorities said to give in writting then only the refund is possible. I replyed when BSNL is deducting the amount then why they are not asking for a written request from the consumer. If we are sending the SMS to deactivate then also they are not bother to see that & deduct the amout & send the SMS without our permission.
Please look into matter at the earliest.
