Consumer Redressal

I had applied for Hindustan Times subsription and paid a cheque of 1099 on 28 May14 for coupons for 2 years. Till date the company has not given me coupons for April -Junly14, but have provided coupons only from Aug14-July15. Despite daily calls and mails to them, no reply. The vendor is harassing my old parents and me daily for the coupons. Please take action against this Hindustan Times group for poor service and cheating.
