Consumer Redressal

Dear Team I was shifting from Bangalore to Delhi and sent my luggage through a courier company called ORIENTAL COURIER & LOGISTICS which is Bangalore. There is a person called Ravindra 8095788253 whom i contacted and he came to my Home to collect my 1 bag and motor cycle on 23rd May Saturday. One person delivered my bag on 29th may. Later when i check my bag i found that my sport shoes and sandles are missing from my bag which is worth of Rs 4000. When i called the person he said that i am lying and i left mys stuffs somewhere else. They also have a tie up with a company called Trackon. They than said that trackon people must have stolen it but later said that they have no clue about it. Now they are saying that i should have checked my stuffs before receiving OR saying that i am lying. We are paying money to them to get our parcels safely.
