Sir, My wife D.Himala availed ICICI autoloan to purchase car .The loan no is LACGP0002650 ON 6TH AUGUST 2012.SHE PAID EMI AMOUNT OF RS19035 through ECS from Salary drawing Bank of Chengalpattu syndicate bank,FROM SEP 2012 TO MAY 2014 WITHOUT FAIL. But the ICICI sent a legal notice that to my wife that she has not paid Emi.Even After paying 22 months regularly without any default upto now. How can they serve legal notice. They are humiliating a regularly paying customer.Kindly Look into our
