It is a matter of great regret that inspite of filing a complaint no action was tsken from your side allowing the dealer and the company to harrass a consumer .
In april 2014 I bought a Bajaj toaster from matri bhabhan for rs 1400.
As it was defective I took it back shopkeeper said it was not ttheir business and with his staff intimidated me.
I lodged a complaint with bajaj
Their representative took the toaster on 21st april and since then we are unable to contact them.
Please help .
