I booked a flat in Project Name(Rathi Osho Dhara Park) Osho Dhara Realtor Address : Shop No 2, Krishna Apartment,
Near Royal Hotel,Opp Asangaon Railway Station,Asangaon (East) 421601
on dated Dated: 30/07/2013 after that I had some Problems at my home, then I changed my plan and cancel the flat no Flat No 303 Building No 6 on dated : 24 Jan 2014 (Total Amount Paid to Rathi Developers Rs.2,11,000.00 all are Cheque Payment ) after that I called/Visite at asangaon Office person Mr. Manoj and he not giving positive replay he is saying that call me after 10 days, call me after 15 Days i am calling regularly but he is again and again saying give me a some days. Can you pls Do something in help my favour. Waiting for your reply. Thank You.
