Consumer Redressal

i had taken a house building loanrs 890000/- from sbi in 2001. i defaulted in emi after 10th months due to business losses. but i keep paying the bank regularly small amount . until i maid Rs 400000/-.now i opted fir ots and bank demands Rs 1900000/- last year they made written demand of Rs 1030000/- in lok adalat it was further reduced by Rs 200000/-. the previous dealing officer has retired and the New person is not cooperating. i wish to sell the flat and clear the bank from the proposed buyer. please help.
