Actually I am using Vodafone connection from around 6 years. From couple of month I realise that from their side balance has been deducted automatically and when I want to know about the purpose of deduction they just making some rubbish iisue like I have done some download from some paid site. Day before yesterday they made same thing again and when I called them last night they tolled me many excuse and finally said that they will not refund the money which is around 64 and after that last night they again deduct 15 rupees from my account and when I tried to call vodafone customer care they did receive my call.......please help me.
