Dear Sir/Madam, I am requesting to Consumer Redressal Forum, Bhiwani (Haryana) : I am compaining against HDFC BANK LTD. on some service discrepancies : 1. HDFC BANK LTD. hold my personal saving account against credit card due payment. Due to this happening I have very frustrated after theft my purse at the time of Rajasthan Travelling. I am demanding a claim for this mishappening by HDFC BANK LTD. amount of Rs.5,00,000/- against my Professional Personality Loss. 2. I am using HDFC BANK LTD. credit card, but bank charge around 42% p.a. interest rate. This is very high interest rate as per RBI guidelines. So my credit card interest rate reduce upto 18% p.a. 3. I have received a personal loan from HDFC BANK LTD. in 2013 and paying monthly installment after due date but bank charge late payment fee and other charges around Rs.750/- per month on installment amont Rs.5442/- This is unreasonable amount. Bank demanded 4% extra charges if I am paying all loan amount before loan peri
