Hi, With so much frustration & sad I am writing this mail to get the Clear & proper Justice for my case. I Manjunath work for one of the company in sales Job & travel around 10 days in a month to different states. I had a requirement of purchasing a Wi-Fi for my Company Laptop where I can’t install any Dongles which asks for any Driver Installtion.With this I started the survey on various available products in Market & finally called a Airtel Sales guy.(Mr.Muniraju-9901597189,DSA for Airtel) When I explained my requirement he suggested me to go for 4G Wifi router which doesn’t require any driver installation & also told this will work in all states with available Networks(3g-2g etc). Called him for the demo & he visited immediately within 45 mins & showed me the Router he bought & explained me the features & benefits. The sales person informed that there is a offer going on where a Rs.4000/- router was been offered at Rs.2500/- & there is a big demand as most of the customers are going for router when compared to a Dongel worth Rs.1500/-. As I was in bad need of the devise & also overwhelmed for the discount offered, I immediately booked the 4G-Wifi router on 10/05/14 & agreed for the price of Rs.2500/-.The delivery agreed by the salesman was 12/05 but he failed on the commitment of 12/05 but finally delivered the Router on 15/05 . The first day I connected was on 16/05 & was happy with the speed & connectivity it offered me. When I was in Mumbai on 22/05 for a meeting I decided to carry this Router with me. When I tried connecting using this Router to my Laptop I was not getting any Signal & tied resetting several times & even tried by removing & inserting the sim but there was no signal. Then decided to call Airtel Center to hear a Shock & to know that I was completely cheated. What I heard was that the Router I have was a Single mode & it will not work in any state except Bangalore. Then sent a mail to appellate team of airtel & they saif they will resolve but no resolutio till date,.
