Consumer Redressal

Hi, My employer is not following any rules related PF, they are saying that your PF account is generated and we are paying all amounts, but in online my PF account are showing an error, my PF no is AP/HYD/0081596/000/040, but they are telling that, the issue is from PF department, and we are trying from last 3 months with PF department, but I think that my PF account is fake and they are telling lie and also i want to tell you that, the amount which has been deducting i.e., 50% from my side and 50% which company has to be pay, but here company is not paying from their side, all the amount is deducting from my side. So please guide how the employees can file legal complaints regarding the same issues. Thank you.
