Consumer Redressal

Hi, I had purchased a 2nd hand car from Mahindra First choice Certified car dealers from a dealer at Rajinder Place. But they sold me a faulty car with odometer reading reversed by 50000km from 115000km to 63000km. I then took help of an agency Akosha (http://www.akosha.com/) which claimed they will call MFC and send them official letter and if they don\'t resolve the complain then they will register a complain in consumer court. They took Rs 999/- for it. But later they claimed that MFC management was not picking up their phone and they were not replying to their letters. However, I have called their higher management many times and they always pick my phone although they do not take any action against their dealer. I think Akosha is also cheating the common public by telling them they will help but in the end they have just given me information about the consumer court in delhi which I could have found out on internet myslef.
