Consumer Redressal

I would like to highlight you that on 28th Nov\'13, there is a serious fraudulence took place against my standard & chartered credit card( 5546232901126143) for an amount of Rs 95228.45. Initially I thought this fraud case happened thru online but S&C confirmed this transaction happened with physical card presentation which is absolutely baseless as the card was with me all the time & is still with me & that day I was in Kolkata only. There is also no misplace happened with the said card. When I immediately registered the complaint they replied back on 4th Decemble\'14 saying that they will get back to me within 45 working days which they never did actually. But when I received jan\'14 statement, the said amount has been taken off from my account & I felt the case must have resolved by S&C. But surprisingly in Apr\'14 statement the same has again been reflected & when enquired they said they can\'t do anything & i have to pay the amount. Now i am feeling helpless in this. Pl help.
