Consumer Redressal

Hi, I had purchased a 2nd hand car from Mahindra First Choice dealer in Rajinder Place Delhi. They sold me an uncertiefied car without telling me and the odometer reading had been reversed by 50000km from 115000km to 63000km. I then consulted an agency Akosha (http://www.akosha.com/) who took Rs 1000/- for helping me through the complain but they seemed to be cheating me as well. They said that they\'ll call Mahindra First Choice management and then send them official letters. But later they said that no one picked their phone and no one was replying to the letters they send. However, I had called MFC management, even the north India Head and everytime they answered my phone. They did not take any action but they always answered my phone. Then Akosha told me the address of the consumer forum where I had to go to file a case which I could have found anywhere on internet. I think Akosha is also a cheat and they are swindling people.
