Hi! I had purchased a Micromax Funbook P-362 tablet having IMEI No.V029301304130043364 vide Invoice no. 38344 Book No.192 dated: 09/06/2013 from Sai Electronics, Shop No.28, Pocket B&E DDA Market, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 @ Rs.7200/- Unfortunately just after some months, I started facing charging problem with it and I gave to an Authorised Service Centre of Micromax M/s Service City, Shop No. 167/17, First Floor, Part -A, Near Vijay Rattan Chowk, Ambala Cantt.,Ambala-133001 ; Mobile No.09996012643 & telephone no. 0171-2631071; on 29/01/2014 vide their Jobsheet No.N050113-0114-7834467 to get it repaired as it was having a warranty of one year. But, to my astonishment their service is so pathetic that they have not been able to get it repaired till date i.e.after four months. Firstly for two-three months the service centre staff told me that they are not getting the spare parts from the company to set it right then they said it will take more time but till date it has not been repaired.
