Consumer Redressal

I have taken a loan of 34 lacs 90 thousand from Axis Bank. As per the sanction letter, i was suppose to pay only the interest factor for first 18 months or till the full amount is disbursed, whichever is earlier. However, bank has failed to start the full EMI of Rs. 34727 from May 2013 onwards. I bought to the notice of that they have been not following the contract that we have agreed with. Further, the bank has failed to understand the excess money that it is being charging from me in the form of interest.
