My MTNL landline has been dead since two weeks. I have a triband-599 WiFi plan. The phone has been dead and the wifi as well. I complained numerous times, on internet, IVRS and in person as well, but no effect. They said the line is cut and they cannot guarantee when it will b fixed. While I still have to pay for the monthly plan.
This is absolute negligence of their jobs. My hard earned money will go down the drain for nothing.
