respected sir, my account in sbi bank . my ATM card is blocked at 25 april 2014. Then i contect customer care and bank then they say to me your ATM fees not fill in feb month then your ATM card is block. i give application on bank 25 april 2014 and amount debit 113 rupess 26 april 2014 but my ATm card not working today. i have wait for 10 days and call customer care then they give me complaint no. CS1220212234033 and say 3days to 7 days maximum to solved to your complaint then give charge of bank . I have contact bank manager 26 may 2014. Bank manager say you have not 100 rupess then why open account in bank and not tell me to time of working ATM . reopen complaint 22 may 2014 and today 30 may 2014 but not working my ATM . then please action for this complaint why bank manager say to me you have not 100 rupess then not open bank account,but bank say zero balance acount ATM NO. 6220181220200073073 p/z sir action of bank manager say to me you not 100 rupess then why open bank acount.
