I ordered “Liberty Fortune Men Tan Formal Shoes - 8” from Home Shop 18 Sub Order No – 52347275 Order No – 920475755 But unfortunately I was not sattisfied with the quality of the product The size I requested was 8 and size provided was 10, also the colour was different from that shown on website The sole was not flexible, quality of material used was not up to the mark and there were also some loose stitches I received the product on 7-Jan, and i filed a complaint on the same day. They responded by saing that we will arrange a courier pickup within 96 Hrs (3 Days) But there was no courier pickup On the 4th day I contacted them again, they replyied that wait for another 3 days. Again when i called them they said we will call back to you within 48 hrs(2days) After some days when i contacted them they said that courier pickup is difficult in your area hence you have to wait for 5-6 days.
