Sir, we had booked a consignment for Bilaspur with Om Sai Cargo, Ganj Banstal Raipur on 16/05/14 and charged Rs.400. We were committed home delivery till 19/05/14 which the transporter did not do. On 26/05/14 we picked the consignment from transporter\'s Bilaspur office and delivered to the customer by self arrangement. The consignment was all soaked in oil leaked from other carriage. After several followups also we were not provided the services we had paid for and the transporter had committed. Now the transporter is also not refunding the excess amount charged for Home-delivery.
Thus seeking justice from your esteemed court.
