I, Ajit Kr Das, residing at 35 Gopal chatterjee road, flat no.204, kolkata-700002, have made payment of INR 12,990 for purchasing of Kutchina Kitchen Chimney. I have made payment by cheque no. 173055 on 28-March-2014. Full payment has been done on 28-May-2014 but till date I did not receive the chimney. I called them more than thousand times and asked them when I would receive the goods. But they answered they did not know and unable to say when I would receive my chimney. Please take necessary actions against them and do the needful. I am giving name and address of the dealer to whom I have made payment.
