To-Honorable Judges My Tata Sky sub.ID 1107386649. I have 3 issues on Tata Sky HD product & service. 1)During installation of Tata Sky HD box I got poor picture quality. I address this on the spot & thereafter I even registered a complaint with Co.\'s customer care. The Company representative accepted the defect. But it is more than 6 months, issue continued still. 2)For the service recharge I have been mentioned that I will be entitled bonus of Rs. 15 per month. But so far I got no credit. 3)They increases the sub. charges & charged this even for paid contract period. I pray you honor- (1)above–since the product delivered itself is defective, I understnad I have the right to get the replacement or refund from the company and also refund of service subscription (2)above-repay the bonus amount with interest (3)provide the service with the agreed price & repay the balance with interest Kishore
