My EPF was deducted by my employer SISL during my service from Dec, 2014 till September 2006. Even after several request it is not repaid.
SISL was 100% subsidiary of Siemens Ltd. Recent year, the group company has sold SISL. Hence currently I also put disput with group company-

It is, therefore most respectfully pray that my right to claim my Provident Fund deducted during tenure of my service along with interest till date should be honored. Request your honor to upheld my right and safeguard my interest.
