Dear Sir / Madam Re: My Airtel Connection No. 9748756569 This is to inform you that against my aforesaid Post Paid connection I was having your Scheme (Kolkata New Zero Rental Plan) earlier and I used to get your Bills within the limit of Rs.300.00 with ‘’Zero’’ Rental Charges. All of a sudden I got a call from your customer care for a Scheme I-Phone Pad (within Rs.300/-) but I find that after my Bills are coming more than Rs.300.00 and upto Rs.800.00 per month with your New Scheme Plan ,iphone 600 offer Rs-or Rs600.00). Then I stopped using the SIM Card (I have taken out the SIM card from my Handset). After that I was getting your monthly bills without making any calls thru¿ the said SIM (Mobile). After that I got your Bill amounting Rs.2365.00 and taken up the matter with your Customer Care (Mr. Iqbal) and he advised me to pay Rs.1365.00 instead of Rs.2365.00 vide your letter dt. 24.04.2014 (copy enclosed) and accordingly I have made the payment by cheque vide your Re
