Dear sir This is to notify that I have been using reliance GSM number and very unhappy with the customer service and products. My number is 8468887028. I had my GPRS/ 3G pack activated ; still I was charged for internet usage. And most of all, this is not the only once. I have been charged for internet multiple times. This is happening very often now. And every time I call customer care , I get the same answer that “server is down and we are unable to pull the details of deduction from your account. please call after 1 hour”. I will keep calling customer care for 24 to 36 hours for the same issue and get the same answer. I was charged multiple times for vas services which i never subscribed. I contacted Reliance appelette via email. Reliance appellete refunded my money many time but my balance is still getting deducted . I hope u will take any action. Thanx Naresh
