Consumer Redressal

PF department (Bangalore) sent my PF amount to my Saraswat Bank (Thane) but at that time my account was not active and it was closed down and that is why Saraswat bank resent the amount to PF department Bangalore (SBI Bank Bangalore). Since then I am following with PF department but no one is giving me proper feedback. PF department has not yet done the reconciliation and that is why they don’t know that my PF money is pending in their SBI bank. Saraswat Bank provided me the transaction detail statement which clearly shows that my PF money was resent to PF department, Saraswat Bank also provided me the full bank statement which also shows that no money transferred to my account and both the statement was sent to PF department by my old company teamlease but then also PF department Bangalore is not giving proper feedback. I am fighting for my hard earned PF for last 1.5 years but all in vain. Therefore I request you to kindly help me in this regard. My PF account number BGBNG00352240000357595
