I have purchased SONY Experia Ultra T2 worth Rs.24480/- on 14th Apr\'14 and with 20-25 days it\'s camera stopped working. I have submitted my mobile in service center on 13th May\'14 but till date haven\'t received my mobile. they have replaced back camera but yet mobile is not working. they are waiting for front camera now. if this will not work they will change PCB than. This is not acceptable as if they keep changing all parts of mobile than what is use of buying mobile worth Rs.24480.
Please support with this regards. Have already sent complaint on Sony support id. Service Request: 1-12956006​69.
