Consumer Redressal

my term deposit with SBI Bikash Bhavan matured on 22.04.14. They are refusing to transfer the money to me on pleae that it is withheld by SBI credit card. I do not have any credit card.I submitted written request cum complaint to both the Bank as wellas Credit card company (online)on 24.04.14 and 26.04.14 and again after that. All remained unanswered till date. Bank old me to go to credit card office at minto Park. Went there on 26.04.14. But none was there to help me. Phone numbers provided to me by Bank always remain unanswred all of them.Bank send an email to credit card company with the request to remove lien on 26.04.14with acopy to me. The same remained unanswred till date.They have asked me to provide my date of Birth,Pan card numbers, phone numbers etc etc which I handed over to my bank\'s P.Division Manager Mr. Roy with an application to the Manager ,SBI Credit Card Company on 17.05.14 which I complied on that very date. Bu still I\'m in the dark how, when and in what manner.
